This policy explains what information EG Solar, LLC ("EG Solar", "we", "us") collects through this website and our appointment dispatch service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Mobile information is never sold or shared for marketing. No mobile information collected by EG Solar will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Information we collect

When you submit the partner request form on this website, we collect:

Your name and company name
Your work email address
The mobile number you provide for appointment notifications
The markets you cover and the appointment capacity you report
A record that you agreed to receive text messages, including the date and time

We also keep operational records needed to run the service, such as which appointments were sent to which partner and whether they were claimed.

How we use it

To contact you about becoming a partner and about your account
To send appointment dispatch notifications to the mobile number you provided
To route appointments to the correct partner for a market
To keep records of consent, as required for text message compliance

We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that operate the platform on our behalf, such as our messaging carrier, email provider, and hosting provider. They may only use it to deliver the service to us.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing. As stated above, mobile information and text messaging consent are never shared for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

How long we keep it

We keep partner and consent records for as long as the partner relationship is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for our legal and record keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
You can ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting us.
You can ask what information we hold about you.
