These terms govern the EG Solar, LLC appointment dispatch text message program. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages, you accept these terms.
We do not sell or share mobile information. No mobile information collected through this program will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
1. Program description
EG Solar, LLC sends operational text messages to contracted solar sales partners about residential solar appointments. A message tells the partner that an appointment is available or has been claimed in a market they cover, and includes appointment details such as the date, time, city and state, utility, and approximate electric bill.
This program is for business recipients only. It is used to dispatch work to partner companies. It is not a consumer marketing program, and we do not send promotional or advertising content through it.
2. How you opt in
You are added to this program only when you provide your mobile number to EG Solar for the purpose of receiving appointment notifications. This happens in one of two ways:
- By submitting your mobile number and checking the consent box on the partner request form on this website.
- By providing your mobile number to our team during partner onboarding, for the express purpose of receiving appointment dispatch notifications.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how many appointments are booked in the markets you cover. You may receive several messages on a busy day and none on a quiet day.
4. Cost
EG Solar does not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
5. How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a confirmation and will not receive further messages from this program. You may also ask our team to remove your number at any time by emailing egsolarllc@gmail.com or calling (972) 469-1106.
Because these messages are how appointments are dispatched, opting out means your number will no longer be notified when appointments open in your market.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
8. Supported devices
Messages are sent as standard SMS text messages and are supported by most mobile devices and United States carriers.
9. Privacy
Information collected through this program is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
